Clear rules for your Year-End Training Credit.

1. Promotional purchase & eligibility

• Maximum one Year-End promotional Training Credit purchase per named student, regardless of who pays.
• Training Credit is personal to the named student and cannot be transferred, shared, resold or exchanged for cash.
• Buying Training Credit does not reserve a class seat. Course places remain subject to published intake availability and entry requirements.

2. Paid Credit and Bonus Credit

• Each purchase has two balances: the amount actually paid (“Paid Training Credit”) and the free promotional value (“Bonus Credit”).
• Bonus Credit is used first whenever Training Credit is applied to eligible tuition.
• To keep the Bonus Credit, the student must start at least one eligible Jealash course by 31 December 2026. Multi-day training may continue into 2027 if that is part of the confirmed schedule.
• Unused Bonus Credit is valid for up to 4 calendar months from purchase. If no eligible course starts in 2026, unused Bonus Credit expires on 31 December 2026.
• Unused Paid Training Credit expires 6 calendar months from the original purchase date.

3. What the credit can be used for

• Training Credit applies to eligible standard Jealash course tuition.
• It cannot be stacked with another promotion, discounted bundle or discount code unless Jealash expressly states otherwise.
• Payment surcharges, model-arrangement fees, rescheduling/cancellation fees, private-date premiums, Lash Pod deposits/rental and other excluded charges are payable separately.

4. Seven-day cooling-off

• Completely unused and unredeemed Training Credit may be cancelled within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.
• The amount actually paid for the Training Credit is refunded; Bonus Credit is cancelled and has no cash value.
• Any Jealash payment surcharge is non-refundable.
• Once Training Credit has been applied to a course booking, the normal course booking, cancellation and rescheduling rules apply.

5. After the cooling-off period

• There are no cash refunds for change of mind after the 7-day cooling-off period.
• If an approved cancellation or rescheduling qualifies for value to be restored, it returns to the Training Credit wallet rather than cash, less any applicable fee.
• Bonus Credit returns as Bonus Credit and Paid Training Credit returns as Paid Training Credit. Original expiry dates do not restart.
• An eligible cash top-up made towards a course after the cooling-off period is restored as Paid Training Credit rather than cash, subject to the Paid Credit validity tied to the original Year-End purchase.

6. Academy-side changes

If Jealash cancels or cannot deliver an agreed class, we will offer a suitable alternative and will not cause promotional value to be lost solely because of an Academy-side cancellation. Any refund required by applicable law or the relevant course terms will be handled accordingly.

7. Course policies still apply

Once a course is confirmed, Jealash's standard enrolment, cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, model and class policies continue to apply. Read the Course Enrolment Policies →

These terms are intended to explain the promotional rules clearly and do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law. Jealash may close the promotion early once the stated allocation is fully taken.
