HOW IT WORKS
Purchase from 9–23 October 2026 or until the first 30 promotional purchases are taken, whichever comes first. Start your first eligible course by 31 December 2026 to keep the Year-End bonus. Multi-day courses may continue according to their confirmed schedule.

Your promotional Bonus Credit is used first and is valid for up to 4 months from purchase. Your Paid Training Credit remains valid for 6 months from purchase. If you do not start an eligible course in 2026, the unused bonus expires at year-end while your paid credit remains valid.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
Your receipt will include your credit amount and the key conditions of the Year-End offer.
The Year-End Training Credit sale runs from 9 October to 23 October 2026, or until the first 30 promotional purchases are taken, whichever comes first. Maximum one promotional purchase per named student. Jealash may close the promotion early when the allocation is fully taken.
To keep the promotional Bonus Credit, the named student must start at least one eligible Jealash course by 31 December 2026. For a multi-day course, only the first training day needs to fall in 2026; later scheduled training days may continue into 2027.
Buying Training Credit does not reserve a class place. All published intakes remain subject to seat availability and course-entry requirements.
Each purchase is tracked as two balances: Paid Training Credit (the amount actually paid) and Promotional Bonus Credit (the free Year-End value). For example, Pay S$1,000 → S$1,000 Paid Training Credit + S$400 Bonus Credit.
Bonus Credit is always redeemed first. Unused Bonus Credit is valid for up to 4 calendar months from the original purchase date, provided the student starts at least one eligible course by 31 December 2026. If no eligible course is started in 2026, any unused Bonus Credit expires on 31 December 2026.
Unused Paid Training Credit remains valid for 6 calendar months from the original purchase date, whether or not the student starts a course in 2026.
If selected course fees exceed the available credit, the balance must be paid separately. Training Credit cannot be combined with bundle offers, discount codes or other promotions. Payment surcharges, model-arrangement fees, rescheduling/cancellation fees, private-date premiums, Lash Pod deposits/rental and other excluded charges do not add to or come out of the promotional credit unless Jealash states otherwise.
Jealash provides a 7-calendar-day cooling-off period from the original Training Credit purchase date while the Training Credit remains completely unused and unredeemed. For an eligible cooling-off cancellation, Jealash refunds only the amount actually paid for the Training Credit. The promotional Bonus Credit is cancelled and has no cash value. Any 7% payment surcharge is non-refundable.
After the 7-day cooling-off period there are no cash refunds for change of mind. Where an approved cancellation, rescheduling or reversal qualifies for value to be returned, that value is restored to the student's Training Credit wallet rather than refunded in cash, subject to the course policy and any applicable administrative fee.
Credit keeps its original type and original expiry. Bonus Credit used for a booking returns as Bonus Credit; Paid Training Credit returns as Paid Training Credit. The original 4-month Bonus Credit expiry and 6-month Paid Credit expiry do not restart when a booking is changed or cancelled. If a restored Bonus Credit is already past its original expiry date, it remains expired.
Any separate cash top-up paid toward a course after the cooling-off period is restored, where eligible, as Paid Training Credit rather than cash and follows the Paid Training Credit validity attached to the original Year-End Training Credit purchase.
If Jealash itself cancels or cannot deliver the agreed training, Jealash will first offer a suitable alternative and will not cause the student to lose promotional value solely because of an Academy-side cancellation. If no suitable alternative is accepted, any refund required by the applicable terms or law will be handled accordingly. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Payments are processed securely through HitPay. PayNow has no surcharge. A 7% surcharge applies to any other payment method made available at checkout. Your total payable will be shown before you complete payment.
The 7% payment surcharge is separate from your Training Credit and does not increase the credit amount you receive. Any interest, instalment charges, foreign-exchange charges or other fees imposed separately by your bank or payment provider are not part of the Jealash course fee or Training Credit.
International students are welcome. If you are travelling to Singapore for training, please contact Jealash before payment so we can confirm a suitable course and a training start date in 2026. Do not make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements until your training schedule has been confirmed.
Course fees and Training Credit are charged in Singapore dollars. Flights, accommodation, local transport, visas, entry requirements, travel documents and any related costs remain the student’s responsibility. The same Training Credit, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms apply to local and international students.
You may purchase Training Credit for a named student. Credit cannot be transferred, shared or resold. Receipts and eligible refunds go to the person who made payment. Booking details go to the student.
Your details are used for payment, gift delivery and course administration. Marketing messages are optional.
