Here at Jealash Beauty Studio, we aim to give you a good experience, leaving you with a lasting impression well after your visit. However, every so often someone leaves feeling unhappy. Perhaps you had to wait for a long time, only to find out that there is very little we can do for you. Perhaps you felt that you were not treated with respect or courtesy or there were errors with your services.

Unfortunately, these things happen. We know we are not perfect. But we aim to be. That is why we have a complaints procedure. Sometimes we can rectify immediately; sometimes we can only explain ourselves and apologize. But we do want to learn from our mistakes. We value complaints and use information from them to help us improve our services.
