Course Enrollment Policies
By submitting payment, the student confirms that she has read, understood, and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding course enrollment and accepts full responsibility.
1. Reschedule
Jealash Beauty Studio & Academy reserves the right to reschedule classes at our discretion, including for Covid-related reasons, to ensure the safety of all participants.
In the event of course or class cancellation due to circumstances beyond the tutor’s control, no reimbursement is obligated; however, a replacement class will be arranged.
2. Attendance
If you cannot attend a class but wish to continue the program, you must inform us immediately in writing. Failure to do so may result in your place being offered to another applicant on our waiting list.
Students are required to complete their course within 6 months of enrollment.
3. Copyright
All course materials provided by Jealash remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without consent.
Any work produced by the student as part of the course remains the property of the studio and may be used at the studio’s discretion for display or promotional purposes.
4. Course Content
Course content is believed to be accurate and reflects current industry knowledge. Any tools or products provided may be updated to align with the current syllabus.
5. Refund / Transfer
All courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits made to confirm enrollment or secure promotional pricing are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Payments
Full payment is required at least 48 hours prior to the first day of class. Late payments may incur late fees, and promotional discounts may be revoked. The standard course price will then apply.
7. Age Requirement
Students must be 21 years or older to enroll. Students under 21 must provide written parental consent.
8. Cancellation & Changes
14 days or more before course date:
Changes: Allowed once
Cancellation: Deposit refundable, minus SGD 200 cancellation fee
7–14 days before course date:
Changes: Allowed, subject to SGD 200 administrative fee
Cancellation: Not allowed; deposit forfeited
Within 7 days of course date:
Changes: Allowed, subject to SGD 400 administrative fee
Cancellation: Not allowed; deposit forfeited
No cancellation or postponement is allowed on the day of the course.
International Students (Overseas Students) Policy
Jealash Beauty Studio & Academy welcomes international students who fly in from overseas to attend our courses. Due to the additional arrangements required and the priority booking granted to international students, the following terms apply strictly to all overseas enrollments:
1. Priority Scheduling
International students are given priority in booking dates and times to accommodate their travel arrangements. Once the student confirms the course dates and times in writing, these slots are exclusively reserved and blocked out for her.
2. Full Payment Requirement
Upon confirmation of dates, full payment is required immediately to secure the booking.
Payment must be made in full before any flight or accommodation plans are finalized. No partial deposits or instalments will be accepted for international bookings.
3. Strict No Cancellation / No Postponement Policy
Due to the priority scheduling and exclusive allocation of training slots:
No cancellations will be accepted for international students under any circumstances.
No postponements, rescheduling, or changes to course dates and times are allowed once confirmed.
Failure to attend the confirmed class date(s) will result in the course being marked as forfeited with no refund, credit, or replacement class provided.
4. Travel Responsibility
Students are fully responsible for ensuring their travel documents, visa (if required), flight arrangements, and arrival timeline.
Any travel delays, flight cancellations, health issues, or unforeseen circumstances will not warrant a reschedule or refund.
5. Commitment Acknowledgement
By submitting full payment, the international student confirms and accepts all terms stated above, including the strict no-refund and no-reschedule policy.
