Course Enrollment Policies

The student agrees by payment hereof that she has read and fully understands the following terms and conditions concerning the course’s enrollment and accepts full responsibility herein.

1. Reschedule
Jealash Beauty Studio & Academy reserves the right to reschedule classes at our discretion due to Covid related reasons to safeguard your safety.
In the event of cancellation of courses or classes for a reason outside the control of the tutor, there will be no obligation to provide any reimbursement, however, a replacement class will be arranged.

2. Attendance
If you cannot attend the class for a certain period, but wish to continue on the program, you are to inform us immediately by writing. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to offer your place to another applicant on our waiting list.
The student shall complete their course within 6 months of enrolment.

3. Copyright
The copyright in all material provided by the Jealash shall (unless expressly stated or otherwise) remain vested in the studio and may not be reproduced without our consent. The copyright in, and any work produced, by the student as part of the course, shall remain with the studio and work may be retained at the discretion of the studio for display or promotional activities.

4. Course Content
The contents of the course are believed to be correct and to reflect the current state of the knowledge. If tools & products are provided, they would be changed to reflect the current course syllabus.

5. Refund / Transfer
All courses is non-refundable / non-transferable. Deposits to confirm courses and reserve promotion price is strictly non-refundable / non-transferable.

6. Payments
Full payment shall be made at least 48 hours before the first day of class. Late payment will be subjected to late payment charges or promotion discounts will be suspended. The normal course price will be charged.

7. Age
Students must be at least 21 years old to enroll. If a student is under 21, written parental consent is required.

8. Cancellation
14 days or more from date of course:
– Changes – allowed to change once
– Cancellation – refund of deposit allowed; but subject to a cancellation fee of SGD200

7-14 days from date of course:
– Changes – allowed but subject to SGD200 administrative charge
– Cancellation – No cancellation allowed, forfeit of deposit

Within 7 days from date of course:
– Changes – allowed but subject to SGD400 administrative charge
– Cancellation – No cancellation allowed, forfeit of deposit

** No Cancellation or Postponement is allowed on the day of course.
