Important Policies
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after a Jealash team member contacts you. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please WhatsApp us directly.
Cancellation
- Changes must be made 72 hours before booking
- Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable
- No-shows are non-refundable
Overtime Policy
- Bookings are in 3-hour blocks only
- 10-minute grace period for cleanup
- $20 charged for every additional 10 minutes thereafter
Guests
Only clients are allowed during rental hours.
Smoke and Strong Odor Policy
A $200 cleaning fee applies if strong odors or smoke are detected.
