Currently, we have 4 private lash studio rooms available for rent, featuring affordable rates and a full range of amenities. Each spacious room is thoughtfully designed, complete with salon beds, workstations, and cabinets—everything you need to launch your own business venture with ease.

- 3-hour Slot: $40
- 6-hour Slot: $70

Rent our rooms in blocks of 3 hours. During this time, you have the flexibility to practice your craft or serve as many clients as you can accommodate. While other artists may use the shared space, your private studio guarantees privacy and focus.

Operating Hours
Our rental pods operate from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Payment
We offer various payment methods, including Online Payment, Grab, Atome, Credit Card, ApplePay, and Android Pay.
Complimentary Usage for Our Students
- Upon successful course completion, our graduates are granted immediate access to our lash pods.
- Upon finishing a single course, you’re entitled to use our lash pods to 5 times. This includes both client servicing and self-practice, with each session counting as one usage. This entitlement is valid for 30 days, starting right after your course.
- For those who have completed 2 or more courses, an extended privilege awaits. You’re granted the right to use our lash pods up to 10 times within a generous 60 days timeframe, starting immediately after your course completion.
- *All bookings are subject to availability.
- *Validity commences immediately after your course.
Cancellation and Policies
- Changes to your booking’s date or time must be made at least 72 hours before the original rental date.
- Rental fees are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or changes in dates.
Smoke and Strong Odor Policy
To maintain a fresh environment, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing in strong odors or smoke. Any lingering odors will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
Overtime Policy
- Please ensure that you schedule your treatments to allow sufficient time for completion within your allocated booking period. Should you require additional time, please be aware that bookings must be made in 3-hour increments. (If there are no subsequent bookings)
- Please note that a 10-minute grace period will be provided. We kindly request that you use this time to tidy up, pack your belongings, and ensure that your client departs within the designated booking duration. Should there be any further extension beyond this grace period, a penalty of $20 will be applied for every additional 10 minutes.
