Services Terms
Be On-Time
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time makeup-free. It may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes late to avoid disappointment.
Changing Your Appointments
You may only change your appointments at least 2 days in advance.
Cancellation + No Show
Deposits are non-transferable, non-refundable. You will be charged 50% of your deposit should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, and 100% of your deposit will be charged if you do not show up for your appointment or if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Please take note of your appointment time once you’ve made the deposit.
Other Artists' Work
If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. If you are coming in for a touch-up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you before any service is performed.
No Guest Allowed
As much as we love children and pets, full attention should be given to you and your treatment. No guest/s or pets will be allowed to maintain a peaceful and conducive working environment.

During Treatment
Keep your eyes closed for the duration of your treatment until you are invited to open them. Lay still for the duration of your treatment. Your technicians are using sharp equipments and strong performing adhesive for an incredibly precise procedure. You will have the best results if you can relax and lay still. Refrain from talking when advised. Follow the aftercare advice on our website. This will ensure the best possible outcome.
