Retention has dropped
Clients are coming back with half a set gone at two weeks. Usually it's adhesive, humidity handling or isolation — and it's rarely what the artist assumes it is.
Speed has plateaued
If a full set is still taking longer than you would like, we can look at practical factors such as grip, posture, isolation rhythm and workflow to identify where time is being lost.

Upon successful course completion, you will receive a Jealash Academy certificate of completion. You can include it in your portfolio when applying for beauty roles or building your own beauty services.

Before you book — the terms in short
- A 30% booking deposit secures your confirmed training dates. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your first class. Classes are kept small so there is time for practical guidance.
- Non-transferable, and non-refundable inside 14 days. Cancel with 14 or more days' notice and your fee is refunded less S$300.
- Changing your dates: one free change with 14 or more days' notice; S$300 with 7 to 13 days' notice; S$500 with less than 7 days' notice. Rescheduling is not permitted on the day.
- Complete within 6 months of enrolling.
- We photograph and film in class. Tell us in writing if you'd rather not appear — it changes nothing else about your course.
- Travelling in from overseas? Please confirm your course dates with us before making travel arrangements. The 30% booking deposit secures the dates, with the remaining balance due 3 weeks before your first class.

What should I bring to the refresher?
Please bring the tools you normally work with where possible. This helps us review your setup as part of the refresher.
Please also bring your model and any products or tools you would like help troubleshooting. We will confirm the exact preparation with you before class.

Questions about this course
How is this different from just retaking a beginner course?
A refresher starts by observing your current work so the trainer can identify the areas you want to strengthen. The session then focuses on those specific skills instead of repeating material you already know.
Do I need to be certified already?
Yes. This course assumes you can complete a set unaided. If you've never been trained, the Signature Eyelash Masterclass is the right starting point.
Should I bring my own kit?
Please do, and don't tidy it up first. A surprising number of retention problems turn out to be adhesive that's been open too long, stored badly, or simply wrong for Singapore's humidity. We can't diagnose that from a description.
My retention is bad but I don't know why.
That's the most common reason people book. In our experience it's usually one of four things: adhesive handling, isolation, humidity, or aftercare instructions that clients aren't following. The morning exists to find out which.
I trained somewhere else. Will you be critical of them?
No. Different academies teach differently, and every trainer we've met wants their students to do well. We're interested in what's happening in your work now, not in who taught you.
Can I bring a specific problem client's photos?
Yes. Healed photos, retention timelines and examples of sets you were unhappy with can help the trainer understand what you would like to improve.
Will one day be enough?
For a specific technique issue, one focused refresher session is often enough to identify and practise the adjustment. If we feel you would benefit from broader retraining, we will explain what additional practice may be useful before you decide.
Do I get pod access with this course?
Yes. Eligible graduates receive complimentary Lash Pod access after graduation — up to 5 sessions for one course, or up to 10 sessions when you complete 2 or more courses. A refundable booking deposit applies. Once the complimentary entitlement is used, the same standard room rates apply to everyone.
