What it actually is
One extension, one natural lash
Each extension is isolated and attached to a single natural lash of yours. That isolation is the whole craft — it's what lets your lashes keep shedding and growing on their own cycle underneath, and it's what separates a set that lasts six weeks from one that falls out in ten days.
We map the set to your eye shape before we start: where to place length, where to keep it short, and how much weight each natural lash can carry. A beautiful set on the wrong eye shape still looks wrong.
We will tell you if your natural lashes can't take what you're asking for. Overloading a fine lash is how people end up with damage, and no set is worth that.

Styles
Which set is right for you
Price varies with density and time, not with quality. We'll recommend based on your natural lashes and what you actually want to look like.

Curl reference
The curl changes the overall finish too

Classic
A single extension is applied to each suitable natural lash, giving a soft mascara-like effect with added length and definition.
May suit: first-timers, sparse or delicate natural lashes, and anyone who wants an understated everyday set.
From S$68. Around 1.5–2 hours.
Hybrid
Classic lashes and volume fans are combined across the lash line for a denser, more textured finish — the middle ground between natural and full volume.
May suit: anyone who wants more fullness than Classic without committing to a completely voluminous set.
Voluminous
Multiple ultra-light extensions are formed into soft fans and placed across the lash line for a fuller, fluffier and more glamorous finish.
May suit: clients who want a noticeably denser set with more impact than Hybrid.
Dramatic Kim K
Wispy peaks, varying lengths and lightweight fans are layered through the set for the fullest, most textured and statement-making finish.
May suit: experienced lash wearers who want a bold red-carpet effect rather than a subtle everyday set.
Honest assessment
Is this right for you?
Extensions suit most people. They do not suit everyone, so we will talk it through with you first.
This will likely work well for you
- You want to stop wearing mascara
- Your natural lashes are healthy, even if they're short or fine
- You are comfortable maintaining your extensions with infills every 2–3 weeks
- You can avoid oil-based products near your eyes
- You want a result that lasts weeks rather than a day
First time? Read our first-timers guide — it covers what the appointment is actually like and how to look after them.
Let's talk first, or wait
- You've had a reaction to lash adhesive before — tell us, we'll patch test
- Your natural lashes are currently damaged or very sparse
- You've had a lash lift in the last 6 weeks
- You have an eye infection, conjunctivitis or a stye right now
- You rub your eyes constantly, or sleep face-down
- Regular infill appointments may not suit your schedule
If your natural lashes need a rest, we'll say so and suggest a lash lift instead. A set on damaged lashes just continues the problem.
On the day
What actually happens
Between one and a half and three hours lying down with your eyes closed. Most clients fall asleep.
Consultation & mapping
We look at your natural lash length, thickness and health, then agree a style and map where length goes. This is where we'll say if a set you've seen online won't work on your lashes.
Cleanse & protect
Lashes are cleansed of oil and makeup, and under-eye pads go on to hold your lower lashes clear.
Application
Each extension isolated and placed individually. The slow, quiet part. Eyes stay closed throughout and there's nothing to feel.
Tint, check & aftercare
Complimentary tint, a mirror check with your eyes open, then an aftercare briefing before you leave.
The full detail
Before, during and after
Everything you'd want to know, tucked away so it's here when you need it and out of the way when you don't.
Before your appointment
- Please arrive with clean lashes — no mascara, no eye makeup. If you arrive with makeup on we'll have to remove it, and that eats into your appointment time.
- No oil-based products around the eyes that day — they interfere with adhesive bonding.
- Remove contact lenses before you arrive, or bring a case.
- Don't curl your lashes for 24 hours beforehand.
- Avoid caffeine if you're prone to fluttering eyelids — it genuinely makes application harder.
- Please use the bathroom first. It's up to three hours lying still.
- If you have extensions on from elsewhere, book a removal in the same appointment.
Aftercare — what decides whether they last 3 weeks or 6
First 24 hours
- No water on the lashes. The adhesive is still curing.
- No steam, sauna, hot shower or intense exercise.
Every day after that
- Cleanse them. This is the instruction most people ignore. Dirty lash lines grow bacteria and loosen bonds — clean lashes last measurably longer.
- Brush with a spoolie each morning to keep them lying in the same direction.
- No oil-based products near your eyes — cleansers, makeup removers, rich eye creams. Oil dissolves lash adhesive.
- No waterproof mascara, and ideally no mascara at all. Removing it takes extensions with it.
- No lash curlers. They'll crimp and snap the extensions.
- Try not to sleep face-down. Side and front sleeping can contribute to faster lash loss, often more noticeably on the side you sleep on.
- Don't pick or pull. A loose extension takes your natural lash with it.
Infills — the rhythm to get into
Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle, so extensions come away gradually with them. That's normal and healthy.
- Week 1Looks exactly as it did on the day. You'll lose a handful of lashes and won't notice.
- Week 2Still full. This is the ideal infill window if you want them permanently perfect.
- Weeks 2–3Gaps begin to show, usually at the outer corners. This is when most clients book an infill.
- Week 4Noticeably sparse. An infill is still possible but takes longer, so it costs more.
- Weeks 5–6Past infill range. It's usually cheaper to remove what's left and start with a fresh set.
Infills S$30–S$80 depending on how much has grown out and which set you have. Booking an infill at around two to three weeks will usually fall toward the lower end.
Safety, allergies and looking after your natural lashes
Adhesive sensitivity
A small number of people react to cyanoacrylate, the base of all lash adhesives. Signs are itching, redness or swelling in the 24–48 hours after a set. If you've reacted before, tell us when you book and we'll patch test.
Protecting your natural lashes
When applied with appropriate weight and isolation, extensions should not unnecessarily compromise healthy natural lashes. Using extensions that are too heavy, poor isolation and pulling at the set can all place unnecessary stress on the natural lashes.
Taking a break
You do not need to, but if you would like one, please book a professional removal rather than picking them off. A keratin lash lift is a good in-between while your lashes rest.
Appointments & deposits
- A booking deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the final price.
- 72 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
- Please arrive on time so there is enough time to complete your set carefully within the confirmed appointment.

Common questions
The things clients ask most
Does it hurt?
No. Your eyes stay closed and nothing touches the eye itself. The most common feedback is that it's relaxing — a lot of clients fall asleep.
Will they ruin my natural lashes?
When applied with appropriate weight and isolation, extensions should not unnecessarily compromise healthy natural lashes. We assess your lashes before choosing the set and may recommend a lighter option if that is more suitable for their condition.
How long do they last?
Three to six weeks with infills every two to three weeks. Without infills, expect a set to look untidy by week three, because your natural lashes shed on their own cycle.
How much are infills?
S$30 to S$80 depending on how much has grown out and which set you have. Booking an infill at around two to three weeks will usually fall toward the lower end. Past four weeks it's often cheaper to remove and start fresh.
Can I wear mascara?
You shouldn't need to, and we would gently suggest not. Removing mascara from extensions takes them with it. Never use waterproof.
What if I have a reaction?
A small number of people are sensitive to lash adhesive. If you've reacted before, tell us when you book and we'll patch test. If your eyes become itchy, red or swollen after a set, contact us — we'll remove them free of charge.
Can you remove extensions done elsewhere?
Yes. From S$20, and we'd much rather you came to us than picked them off at home — that's how natural lashes get pulled out at the root.
I'm a complete first-timer and a bit nervous.
Very normal. Have a read of our first-timers guide, which walks through the whole appointment. Then message us and we'll answer whatever's left.
