After successful course completion, graduates receive up to 5 complimentary 3-hour Lash Pod sessions within 30 days for one completed course, or up to 10 complimentary 3-hour sessions within 60 days when they complete two or more courses. A refundable booking deposit applies to every Lash Pod booking, including complimentary graduate sessions, and the standard room rates apply after the complimentary entitlement is used or expires.

Please note: Once your course and training dates have been agreed, full payment of the course fee is required to secure your confirmed training dates. Course bookings are personal to the enrolled student and cannot be transferred, given or sold to another person. Cancellation and approved date-change terms depend on the notice period — please read the enrolment policies before confirming.
Before you book — the terms in short
- Full payment of the course fee is required to secure your confirmed training dates. Your training dates are only secured once full payment has been received. Classes are kept small so there is time for practical guidance.
- Cancellation: With 14 days or more notice, you may cancel and receive a refund of your course fee, less a S$300 administrative fee. With 7 to 13 days notice or less than 7 days notice, cancellation is non-refundable. On the course day or for failure to attend without prior approval, the course fee is forfeited.
- Changing your dates: Please inform us in writing as early as possible. If a date change is approved, a S$300 administrative fee applies with 7 to 13 days notice and a S$500 administrative fee applies with less than 7 days notice. No date change is allowed on the course day. Any approved new date and time depend on trainer availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Complete within 6 months of enrolling.
- We photograph and film in class. Tell us in writing if you'd rather not appear — it changes nothing else about your course.
- Travelling in from overseas? Please confirm your training dates with us before making travel arrangements. The same payment, cancellation and scheduling terms apply to international and local students. Travel, accommodation, visa and entry requirements remain the student’s responsibility.

What should I prepare before class?
Please come ready to learn, practise and ask questions. We will confirm your model requirements and any preparation before class.
You will be provided with a professional business kit for training. Please bring your glasses if you need them for close work, and message us if you are unsure what else to prepare.

Questions about this course
Can you really teach this in one day?
For lash lifts, yes — and we'd tell you if not. It's a chemical process with a small number of variables, not a manual skill that needs hundreds of repetitions like lash extensions. What takes the day is understanding timing well enough not to damage anyone's lashes. That's most of the morning.
What's the difference between a lash lift and a perm?
Modern keratin lash lifts use lifting and setting solutions together with a conditioning step, with the lashes placed over a silicone shield. The result depends on choosing the right shield and processing time for the condition and length of the natural lashes.
What if I over-process someone's lashes?
Processing time is an important part of lash-lift training. The course teaches you to assess lash thickness and condition before choosing timings, rather than relying on one fixed timing for every client.
Does this course cover lash tinting?
No. This course covers the keratin lift only — chemistry, timing, shield selection, conditioning and aftercare. Lash tinting is a separate skill and isn't part of the syllabus. If you'd like to offer it alongside the lift, tell us when you enquire and we'll advise you.
Do I need a model?
Yes, one model is required for the practical portion. Please arrange a family member or close friend where possible. If you cannot bring a model, please tell us in advance; an in-house model may be arranged for a fee, subject to availability.
Should I bundle it with brow lamination?
You can take both courses if you would like to offer lash lift and brow lamination. They are separate courses, and each has its own Jealash Academy certificate of completion, so you can choose the service you want to learn first.
What can I do after the course?
After successful completion, you can continue practising the service and use your professional business kit. Some students focus on lash lift first, while others later add lash extensions or brow services. Graduates also receive the complimentary Lash Pod entitlement described on our Lash Pods page.
Do I need previous beauty experience?
No prior beauty experience is required for this beginner course. We teach the foundations before moving into practical work, and classes are kept to a maximum of six students.
How soon can I take clients?
After successful course completion, you may want to practise first on friends or family while you become more comfortable with timing. Your complimentary Pod sessions are intended to support this early practice period.
