After successful course completion, graduates receive up to 5 complimentary 3-hour Lash Pod sessions within 30 days for one completed course, or up to 10 complimentary 3-hour sessions within 60 days when they complete two or more courses. A refundable booking deposit applies to every Lash Pod booking, including complimentary graduate sessions, and the standard room rates apply after the complimentary entitlement is used or expires.

Course bookings are personal to the enrolled student and cannot be transferred, given or sold to another person. Cancellation and approved date-change terms depend on the notice period — please read the enrolment policies before confirming.

- Full payment of the course fee is required to secure your confirmed training dates. Your training dates are only secured once full payment has been received. Classes are kept small so there is time for practical guidance.
- Cancellation: With 14 days or more notice, you may cancel and receive a refund of your course fee, less a S$300 administrative fee. With 7 to 13 days notice or less than 7 days notice, cancellation is non-refundable. On the course day or for failure to attend without prior approval, the course fee is forfeited.
- Changing your dates: Please inform us in writing as early as possible. If a date change is approved, a S$300 administrative fee applies with 7 to 13 days notice and a S$500 administrative fee applies with less than 7 days notice. No date change is allowed on the course day. Any approved new date and time depend on trainer availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Complete within 6 months of enrolling.
- We photograph and film in class. Tell us in writing if you'd rather not appear — it changes nothing else about your course.
- Travelling in from overseas? Please confirm your training dates with us before making travel arrangements. The same payment, cancellation and scheduling terms apply to international and local students. Travel, accommodation, visa and entry requirements remain the student’s responsibility.

Questions about this course
Can I really learn this in four days with no experience?
The four-day format gives you time to build the technique through theory, practice and live-model work. You are not expected to feel fully confident immediately; confidence develops with repetition. After graduation, the course includes one supervised live-model session within 30 days, with a trainer nearby for guidance.
What's the difference between microblading and ombre powder?
Microblading creates fine, hair-like strokes with a manual tool, while ombre powder uses a machine to build a soft gradient. Different techniques suit different skin types and brow goals, so the course covers both approaches together with eyebrow shading, nano brows, dotting and machine work.
What are the supervised sessions, exactly?
Within 30 days of finishing, you may complete one supervised live-model session using your own suitable model. A trainer stays nearby to observe, answer questions and guide your technique while you complete the treatment yourself.
Do I need my own model?
Yes, one model is required for the practical work. Please arrange a family member or close friend where possible. If you cannot bring a model, please tell us in advance; an in-house model may be arranged for a fee, subject to availability.
S$300 if Jealash arranges your PMU model, subject to availability.
Do I need previous beauty experience?
No prior beauty experience is required for this beginner course. We teach the foundations before moving into practical work, and classes are kept to a maximum of six students.
What if I make a mistake on a live model?
After graduation, one supervised live-model practice session is available within 30 days of course completion.
Can I combine this with lip and eyeliner?
Yes. Our 6-day Professional Brow, Lip & Eyeliner Embroidery Masterclass course covers all three for S$3,850 — S$1,100 less than taking them separately, and it's the same three-service skill set most full-time SPMU artists offer.
What should I focus on after graduation?
Start with safe, consistent work, good before-and-after photos, clear client communication and steady practice. Pricing and business basics are covered in training, but building a client base takes time.
