After successful course completion, graduates receive up to 5 complimentary 3-hour Lash Pod sessions within 30 days for one completed course, or up to 10 complimentary 3-hour sessions within 60 days when they complete two or more courses. A refundable booking deposit applies to every Lash Pod booking, including complimentary graduate sessions, and the standard room rates apply after the complimentary entitlement is used or expires.

For standard bookings more than three weeks before the first class, Jealash can reserve your confirmed place with a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due three weeks before class. Before you book — a quick guide
- For standard enrolments booked more than three weeks before training, you can reserve a confirmed place with a 30% deposit arranged through Jealash. Full payment is required within three weeks of class and for Year-End Sale bookings. Your training dates are secured after your applicable deposit or full payment has been received and Jealash has confirmed availability. Classes are kept small so there is time for practical guidance.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing as early as possible. With at least 14 days’ notice, your course fee can be refunded less a S$300 administrative fee. Cancellations made with fewer than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable. If you cannot attend on the day without an approved change, the course fee is forfeited.
- Changing your dates: If your plans change, please contact us in writing as early as you can. One date change requested at least 14 days ahead may be approved without a rescheduling fee. With 7–13 days’ notice, an approved change carries a S$300 fee; with less than 7 days, the fee is S$500. Changes cannot be arranged on the course day. Alternative dates depend on availability.
- Course completion: Please plan to finish your training within six months of enrolment, in accordance with our enrolment terms.
- Photos and videos in class: We may document training sessions. If you prefer not to appear in published content, please tell us in writing; this will not affect your learning or certificate.
- Travelling in from overseas? Please confirm your training dates with us before making travel arrangements. The same payment, cancellation and scheduling terms apply to international and local students. Travel, accommodation, visa and entry requirements remain the student’s responsibility.

Please come ready to learn, practise and ask questions. We will confirm your model requirements and any preparation before class.
You will be provided with a professional business kit for training. Please bring your glasses if you need them for close work, and message us if you are unsure what else to prepare.

Before you book
Questions about this course
Six days is a lot. Can I split it?
The full programme teaches shared PMU foundations such as skin depth, pigment behaviour and colour theory before applying them across brows, lips and eyeliner. Training dates are arranged with you and may be spread across the agreed schedule. If you prefer to begin with brows only, you can also consider the separate Brow Embroidery course.
Which of the three is hardest?
Lip work needs careful attention because natural lip tone varies widely and colour correction can require a different approach from a standard lip blush. The programme gives lips a full training day so there is time for colour theory, mapping, technique and healing considerations.
Is eyeliner safe to do?
The eyeliner module includes detailed guidance on the lash-line area before practical work begins. Your trainer covers positioning, design, safety considerations and technique before you work on a live model.
Do I need models for all three?
Yes — you will need a brow model, a lip model and an eyeliner model on the relevant practical days. Please arrange family members or close friends where possible. If you cannot bring a model, please tell us in advance; an in-house model may be arranged for a fee, subject to availability.

What are the supervised sessions?
Within 30 days of finishing, you arrange three suitable live-model sessions: one eyebrow, one lip and one eyeliner. You complete each service yourself while a trainer remains nearby to observe, answer questions and guide your technique. These sessions provide additional guided practice after the classroom portion of the programme.
Do I need previous beauty experience?
No prior beauty experience is required for this beginner course. We teach the foundations before moving into practical work, and classes are kept to a maximum of six students.
Do I need to offer all three services immediately?
No. The programme gives you three skill areas, but you can build confidence one service at a time. Many students practise and introduce services gradually rather than trying to launch everything at once.
How do I get the studio details for my class?
After your training dates are confirmed, we will send the studio address, timing, access instructions and what to bring. Studio access is by confirmed class or appointment. Please message us if you need any help beforehand.
