Lash Lift or Brow Lamination first?

This is mostly a preference question.

If both appeal to you, they also make sense as complementary services because one appointment can focus on the eye and brow area without requiring the commitment of lash extensions or PMU.

What should a good beauty course give you besides a certificate?
